Jaki lepiej kupic gryf, lekko łamany, czy bardzo łamany ? bo prosty mam, ale mam zamiar kupic modlitewnik z gryfem łamanym i nie wiem jaki wybrac, zwykły ? czy mocno łamany i w czym roznica pomiedzy nimi?

zalerzy na jakim wolisz cwiczyc :) i nie widze innej róznicy. Oczywiście można tu sie zgłębiac w temacie ze ustawienie rąk o kilka kontów inaczej wpływa na inne mięśnie itp. Ale jak dla mnie to to nie ważne :)

Dokładnie. Chodzi o ustawienia ramion pod różnym kątem. Lekko łamany chyba lepszy :)
